How to monitor team usage

To do this, head to Teams via the menu navigation. Then at the top of the page, select Team Usage.

Team Seats Overview 

You can see an overview of the total seats, how many are assigned and how many are available. And for each plan too. 

Team Usage Overview

Monitoring your team's AI usage is simple and provides valuable insights.

1. Access Team Usage: Head to Teams via the menu navigation, then select Team Usage at the top of the page.
    
2. Team Seats Overview: Here, you'll see an overview of total seats, how many are assigned, and how many are available, broken down by plan.
    
3. Team Usage Dashboard: Under Team Usage Dashboard, select Overview. This section displays: 
   a. Total requests made
   b. Credits used
   c. Total credits remaining
   d. Total active users
    
4. Detailed Usage: You can view usage per team member and filter results by username, email, or time period - Today, Last 7 Days, This Month, Last Month, and All Time.
   
   This provides detailed insights into total requests, credits used, and remaining credits for the selected period, including usage specific to Chats, Image Generation, and Video Generation.
