How to share content as a team
Your content is completely private by default. No one, including your admin, can view your chats, images, or videos unless you explicitly share them.
Team members can share their generated images and videos with the rest of the organization, making it easy to collaborate on creative projects.
There are two ways to do this:
- At the point of creation: When writing your prompt, click Team on the chat box and choose to share with the entire team or a specific person before generating.
- After creation: Go to Media Library, find the image or video you wish to share, click the three dots, and select Share.
Once shared, the content will appear in the Media Gallery for the relevant team members to view, alongside their own generated content.
