How to purchase more credits for a team member
If a team member is running low on credits, you can easily top them up.
1. Navigate to Teams: Go to Teams on the navigation menu.
2. Buy Credits: Locate the team member for whom you want to purchase credits, click the three dots next to their name, and select Buy Credits.
3. Complete Purchase: Choose the desired credit pack and complete the purchase.
Important Note: Credit packs expire after 90 days. If a team member consistently uses more credits than their current plan provides, consider upgrading them to a higher plan for better value and continuous access.
