How to use Chat
Chat is your general-purpose AI workspace - use it for anything from drafting emails and building content strategies to brainstorming ideas, getting advice, or analysing data.
1. Open Chat: Select Chat from the main navigation menu.
2. Choose Your Model and Persona: Before starting, select the AI model and persona you'd like to use. These shape how the AI responds, so it's worth picking ones suited to your task.
3. Enter Your Prompt: Type your prompt in the chat box and hit send. You can also click the microphone icon to use your voice instead of typing.
4. Explore Additional Options Click the + icon at the bottom of the chat box to access more tools:
- Attach a file: supports PDFs and CSVs
- Prompt Library: insert a saved prompt to save time
- Thinking Level: control how deeply the AI reasons through your request. Set it to High for complex tasks, Low for simple ones, or turn it off entirely for quick responses.
