How to remove or edit seats

You have full control over your team's seats and can modify or cancel them at any time.

You have a few options:

  1. Canceling a Seat: To cancel a seat, please contact our support team at support@omni.io for assistance.
     
  2. Unassigning a Team Member: If you wish to keep a seat but unassign it from a specific team member, go to "Teams" from the navigation menu. Under "Team Management," click the three dots next to the team member you want to remove and select "Delete."

    Important: If the team member has used credits, the seat will lose all associated credits upon removal. We recommend removing team members at the end of their billing period to avoid losing credits.
     
  3. Upgrading a Seat: To upgrade a seat to a different plan, you can purchase an additional seat and move the team member over. The old seat can then be assigned to someone else, or if you wish to cancel it, contact our support team at support@omni.io
